Some current theological perspectives about family: Trinitarian, Christological, iconographic, historical-salvific, ecclesiological, sacramental. A theology of the family in the light of Amoris lætitia. Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of the course, students are expected to: Delineate the biblical, magisterial, and theological foundations of a Catholic understanding of the family; have a basic approach to different theological perspectives; discern the theological convenience of different pastoral approaches.
